ERASE CAUTI™ Education Program for Nurses (RNs and LPNs)
Provider education bridges the gap between inconsistent practices by promoting evidence based practice, based on the guidelines from CDC, Joint Commission, SHEA and APIC.

• View the step by step product training program on the ERASE CAUTI methodology.
• Complete a short pre-test.
• Designate champions to ERASE CAUTI.

• Complete all four 15 minute CAUTI training modules.
• Module 1: Indications and Alternatives to Catheterization
• Module 2: Aseptic Technique and Proper Insertion of a Foley Catheter
• Module 3: Care and Maintenance, Signs and Symptoms of CAUTI
• Module 4: Competency Validation
• View current practice guidelines, a sample policy and procedure, plus competency validation tools.

Everyone who successfully completes the course and achieves at least an 80% on the post test will be presented with 1.0 free CEU, a certificate of completion plus a pin!

A card delivering education for both patient and family is provided to ensure that the patient will continue to receive the proper care during their stay and after leaving the healthcare facility.
